1. How do the pre-order discounts work?
We offer tiered savings to help you save more when you buy more during this period:
5% OFF when you purchase 2 cartons and above.
10% OFF when you purchase 5 cartons and above..
15% OFF when you purchase 10 cartons and above.
The discount is only available through WhatsApp order. Just mention to us that you would like to place a pre-order for the PET Containers.
2. Why is there a 2–3 week waiting period?
We want to ensure we have sufficient stock for customers who may need to make last-minute purchases later in the month. Therefore, the 2–3 week lead time is a precaution to guarantee availability for everyone.
Rest assured, we will deliver your order earlier whenever possible
3. When is the last day to order and when will I receive my bottles?
Pre-order Cut-off: Strictly February 2, 2026.
Guaranteed Delivery: By 23rd Feb 2026 or earlier! This timeline ensures you have your inventory in hand before the massive production spike that typically occurs one month before Hari Raya Puasa.
Please inform us if you need the containers earlier than the guaranteed delivery period and we will see what we can do for you.
4. What are the delivery charges?
Orders below $150.00: A delivery fee of $8.00 to $20.00 will apply according to the weight of your order.
Orders $150.00 and above: FREE next day delivery when the bottles are ready to be delivered to you.
5. Can I see a sample before placing a pre-order?
Yes you can. We will require you to make an appointment via WhatsApp before heading down.
We are located at Mega@Woodlands, 39 Woodlands Close, #07-18, (S) 737856.
Appointment time is between 11am to 4:30pm on weekdays.
Please book a 30 min time slot before coming down.
6. Will CAARTN Biz or website vouchers be eligible for further discounts?
To provide maximum savings for all our customers, we have already scaled these pre-order discounts to their highest possible tiers (up to 15% OFF). Additional CAARTN Biz discounts/website vouchers are not applicable for this promotion.

8. Why can't I order via the website?
Our website retails only ready-stock items; therefore, pre-orders cannot be placed via the website.
9. What if I miss the pre-order date?
We'll see what we can do for you and if we have any extra stock on the way we can definitely squeeze your pre-order in!
